Create a new Cedis bank account for the user.

ID of the selected MOMO provider/bank as provided by the "Ghanian Banks" request in the "Misc. Endpoints folder"

Optional unique identifier for linking this bank account record to your system. This could be tied to an internal reference or user identifier.
